How do I book a stay at The Farm Texas?

You can book directly through our website using our online booking system. Simply select your preferred property, choose your dates, and complete the reservation. Booking direct saves you 15% compared to third-party platforms like Airbnb or VRBO.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations 14-29 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Property Information

How many guests can the Farmhouse accommodate?

The historic 1940s Farmhouse sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, game room with pool table, and spacious outdoor areas.

How many guests can the glamping domes accommodate?

We have three luxury glamping domes — The Haven, The Jungle, and The Stargazer. Each is perfect for couples or small groups, sleeping 2 to 4 guests, with a king bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, private hot tub, and a deck with stunning Hill Country views.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes! All properties have high-speed Starlink internet, perfect for remote work or streaming. The connection is reliable even in our rural Hill Country location.

Pets & Policies

Are pets allowed?

We love pets! Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the Farmhouse (a $200 flat pet fee per stay applies) and at our Stargazer dome with prior approval. Pets aren't allowed in The Haven or The Jungle domes. Always keep pets leashed around our farm animals.

What animals live on the farm?

Our farm is home to friendly alpacas, Nigerian Dwarf goats, mini horses, mini cows, peacocks, and heritage-breed chickens. All animals are gentle and accustomed to visitors. You're welcome to interact with them during designated feeding times.

Where exactly is The Farm Texas located?

We're located on 15 private acres in San Marcos, Texas—right in the heart of Texas Hill Country. We're approximately 45 minutes from Austin, 30 minutes from San Antonio, and just 10 minutes from the San Marcos Premium Outlets.

Does the Farmhouse have a hot tub?

Yes! The Farmhouse has a private hot tub available seasonally (typically October through April). It's perfect for stargazing after a day of exploring Hill Country.
