We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as debit cards. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Hospitable checkout shows the amount due now and any later payment dates before you submit your request. The schedule depends on your stay and how far ahead you book. Review the full total, including cleaning, pet and service fees where applicable, and taxes.

Yes! Gift certificates are available for any amount and make perfect gifts for anniversaries, birthdays, or holidays. Contact us directly to purchase.

Your cancellation deadlines and refund amounts are shown in Hospitable checkout for your selected property and dates before you submit a booking request. Review the Cancellation Policy there, including any last-minute exceptions, and keep it with your confirmation.

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability—please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

Early check-in requires host approval and may have a fee. Complimentary early access is offered only if cleaning finishes early and our team lets you know your stay is ready. Contact us to discuss your arrival; a specific early time is not guaranteed.

Yes. Pets are welcome at the Farmhouse and all three domes: The Haven, The Jungle, and The Stargazer. The pet fee is $100 per stay for a dome and $200 per stay for the Farmhouse. One pet is allowed per stay. A second pet requires approval before arrival, with no additional pet fee. Please include your pet when booking and keep pets leashed around our farm animals.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all accommodations. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated areas only, away from structures. Please properly dispose of all cigarette butts.

Minimum stays vary by property and season. Generally, we require a 2-night minimum on weekdays and a 3-night minimum on weekends. Holiday weekends may require longer minimum stays.

The historic 1940s Farmhouse sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably. It features 3 bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms, a full kitchen, game room with pool table, and spacious outdoor areas.

The Haven sleeps two guests. The Jungle and The Stargazer each sleep up to four with a king bed and pull-out couch. The Stargazer's pull-out couch is full-size. Each dome has its own bathroom, kitchenette, hot tub and cowboy pool.

Yes! All properties have high-speed Starlink internet, perfect for remote work or streaming. The connection is reliable even in our rural Hill Country location.

Cell coverage varies by carrier. AT&T and Verizon generally have good coverage. T-Mobile may have limited service. With our Starlink Wi-Fi, you can always use Wi-Fi calling if needed.

We do not currently have a dedicated EV charging station, but there are public charging stations available in San Marcos, approximately 15 minutes away.

Our farm is home to friendly alpacas, Nigerian Dwarf goats, mini horses, mini cows, peacocks, and heritage-breed chickens. All animals are gentle and accustomed to visitors. You're welcome to interact with them during designated feeding times.

Absolutely! Children love our farm. We have a playground area, the animals are gentle and great for kids, and there's plenty of open space to explore. We do ask that children be supervised around the animals and the hot tub at all times.

Yes, guest safety is our priority. The property is well-lit at night, and all accommodations have smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. We provide detailed safety information upon arrival. The Dome is fully enclosed and weather-resistant.

This is Texas Hill Country, so you may see wildlife like deer, armadillos, and various birds—it's part of the charm! We minimize insects with regular pest control. The Dome is fully sealed and climate-controlled. We recommend bringing bug spray for evening outdoor activities.

Yes, our property has a modern well water system with filtration. The water is tested regularly and is safe for drinking, cooking, and bathing. We also provide bottled water for guests who prefer it.

We're located on 15 private acres in San Marcos, Texas—right in the heart of Texas Hill Country. We're approximately 45 minutes from Austin, about an hour from San Antonio, depending on traffic, and just 10 minutes from the San Marcos Premium Outlets.

The famous San Marcos River is about 12 minutes from our property. It's one of the most popular spring-fed rivers in Texas for tubing, kayaking, and swimming.

Downtown San Marcos is about 15 minutes away with excellent restaurants, craft breweries, and local shops. The San Marcos Premium Outlets (one of the largest outlet malls in Texas) is just 10 minutes away. H-E-B grocery store is 12 minutes away.

Yes, free parking is available for all guests. The Farmhouse has ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles. The Dome has a dedicated parking area with a short, scenic walk to your accommodation.

Yes, the Geodesic Dome has full HVAC—air conditioning for hot Texas summers and heating for cool evenings. You'll be comfortable year-round.
