Booking your stay
Choose a stay and your dates, review the full total, then continue to Hospitable to enter your details and review the house rules, cancellation policy and payment schedule. A booking request is subject to verification and host approval; your confirmation contains the final reservation details.
Prices and payment
Hospitable checkout shows the amount due now and any later payment dates before you submit your request. The schedule depends on your stay and how far ahead you book. Review the full total, including cleaning, pet and service fees where applicable, and taxes.
Availability and prices can change until your reservation is confirmed. A displayed quote is not a confirmed reservation.
Cancellations and changes
Your cancellation deadlines and refund amounts are shown in Hospitable checkout for your selected property and dates before you submit a booking request. Review the Cancellation Policy there, including any last-minute exceptions, and keep it with your confirmation.
For changes to an existing reservation, use your booking confirmation or contact us. The property-specific terms shown at checkout apply to that reservation.
House rules and pets
Read the house rules for your chosen property in checkout, including occupancy, arrival and departure times, smoking restrictions, and any pet requirements.
For stays on our San Marcos farm: Yes. Pets are welcome at the Farmhouse and all three domes: The Haven, The Jungle, and The Stargazer. The pet fee is $100 per stay for a dome and $200 per stay for the Farmhouse. One pet is allowed per stay. A second pet requires approval before arrival, with no additional pet fee. Please include your pet when booking and keep pets leashed around our farm animals.
Other Texas rentals may have different rules. Check the individual property before booking.

Our booking flow continues securely on Hospitable. You can review its guest terms, the house rules, and the cancellation policy before submitting a request.
Products and add-ons
Products and experience add-ons are separate from accommodation unless explicitly included in your quote. Confirm availability, delivery or setup, and cancellation or return arrangements before purchasing.

Welcome to The Farm Texas! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Farm Texas is an online store operated out of San Marcos, Texas. We offer farm-related products including handmade soaps, candles, animal feed, and other goods.
2. Products and Descriptions
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, slight variations in color, scent, or appearance may occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. We accept payment through secure third-party providers. By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States. Shipping times may vary based on your location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Farm Texas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, interfering with functionality, or transmitting harmful code.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of The Farm Texas or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
