Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a large breakfast bar, perfect for preparing group meals. Entertainment: A dedicated game loft complete with arcade games for hours of fun and friendly competition. Bedrooms: Five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms provide comfortable and flexible sleeping options for your entire group, including rooms with bunk beds. Outdoor Oasis: A private backyard featuring a sparkling resort-style pool, a bubbling hot tub, and a spacious patio with a grill for evening barbecues under the stars. The private pool and hot tub are available year-round. The pool is not heated. Guests have lake access through a private community cove; water views are seasonal. Guests have full private access to the entire home and backyard, including all living spaces, bedrooms, pool, and hot tub. Self check-in is available via smart lock. We respect your privacy but are always available via the Airbnb app or phone if you need anything during your stay. To ensure a wonderful and secure stay for all our guests, please review the following important details: Unheated Pool: The private pool is a fantastic amenity for warm, sunny days. Please be aware that the pool is not heated. Noise Monitoring: To maintain the tranquility of our peaceful neighborhood, a noise decibel monitoring device is installed. This device ONLY measures volume levels and does not record any audio or conversations. It is in place to prevent parties and disturbances. Exterior Security: For your safety and security, cameras are located on the exterior of the property and monitor outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the home. Guest Policy: This home is intended for respectful family gatherings and group getaways. It is not suitable for parties or large events.
