What time can I check in and check out?
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available—just ask us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Is there a grocery store nearby?
Yes! HEB grocery store is about 10 minutes away in San Marcos. We recommend stocking up before arrival if you plan to cook, especially for your first night. The farmhouse and dome both have full kitchens.
What should I bring for the farm animals?
We provide animal feed for our alpacas and goats. Please don't bring outside food for the animals as it can upset their stomachs. Just bring your camera and enjoy the interactions!
Is WiFi available?
Yes, we have reliable high-speed WiFi at both the farmhouse and the dome. Many remote workers use our property as a quiet retreat. Cell service (AT&T, Verizon) is also good on the property.
Can we have a bonfire or use the fire pit?
Yes! We have a shared fire pit area. We provide firewood. Please check local burn restrictions during dry periods (we'll inform you at check-in). Always ensure fires are fully extinguished.
What if we need something during our stay?
We're just a text away! While we give you privacy, we're available for questions, recommendations, or any issues. Emergency contacts are also provided in your welcome guide.
