We require a 2-night minimum for weekday stays and typically a 2-3 night minimum for weekends. Holiday weekends may have longer minimums. Check availability for your specific dates.
Is a weekend enough time to experience everything?
A 2-night weekend gives you a great taste of farm life and 1-2 nearby attractions. For a more complete Hill Country experience, consider our 3-day itinerary. Many guests return for longer stays after their first weekend!
Should we bring our own food for the weekend?
Both accommodations have full kitchens. Many guests bring groceries for breakfast/dinner and explore local restaurants for lunch. The nearest HEB is 10 minutes away in San Marcos.
What if the weather is bad?
Both properties have comfortable indoor spaces with WiFi, smart TVs, and cozy seating. The farmhouse has board games. Rainy weekends can be wonderfully relaxing on the porch watching the storm roll over the Hill Country.
Can we check in early or check out late?
Standard check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the booking calendar—just ask in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.
